Perfect Poppies

The poppies in my garden are enjoying this very warm weather that we are experiencing...and it is supposed to be winter!!

Unlike Europe, where poppies grow wild on the roadsides and in the fields, we have to plant them here in Brisbane. Needless to say, that I am enjoying them in my garden and this is the first time I have planted them.

The jonquils have multiplied this year and they fill the garden with their gorgeous scent. I feel so lucky.

Enjoy your poppies and make sure you collect the seed heads to sow again! I love to collect the heads when out walking and take them back to my garden.
Are you going to take part in my giveaway?
