Ticking and Denim Find

A blue and white ticking and denim find yesterday at the charity store.
Three fabric covered boxes with original Freedom price tag and label.

Threw some roses in that I picked from the garden this morning.
I have a hundred and one uses for these boxes.

The lady bird that came in with the roses looks quite content exploring the denim lid.

Enjoy today!

Great find Pam! And it looks gorgeous with the roses in it. I also had a great thrift find yesterday (blogged about it this morning). Have a lovely day, Jxx

Lady birds! Don't you love them? And aren't they a rose's best friend? Sweet little things.

The boxes are lovely find and your roses are just glorious. The photo of the denim and ladybird is spectacular. It would make such a great piece of artwork if it was blown up. Many minimalist decorators would love to have it on their wall. Just food for thought.
Have a lovely day.

Hi Pam, I've just been catching up on the posts that I've missed reading. Love all your photos!
Now, how's that quilt going? Is it finished yet. I'm still looking forward to seeing it. xx

Great work on the boxes..love the portrait of a lady bird..and beautiful roses! By the way the soap came today, I could smell the lavender before even opening the package..so sweetly packaged too. Thank you for sending it so promptly.
