A few of my recent vintage finds.
Vintage rose sheets on 100% cotton.
Crisp and florally (such a word??)
Retro style pinks and brown floral.
What do I have in mind for these?
Perhaps a few more cushions for the daybed on the back deck... I love to change the look out there from time to time, so I use the floral sheets to tuck in over the mattress.
I find they are brilliant and very affordable as I am a bit of a changer!!
I also found a gorgeous linen tablecloth.
Chunky crochet around the edges and chunky butterflies inserted in each corner.
Handmade and so very different.

Can someone pull me away from the computer? I've been stuck at it for hours ... and then this great post comes up.
Love the sheets!! Especially the top one. What are you doing with that?
You find the most wonderful fabrics ... and then give them new life.
I think I'll have to watch out for some of those georgeous floral sheets too. We have a couch in the front room that one of the dog sleeps on..and ideally needs a few sheets that can be washed easily and rotated. Thanks for the good ideas!
I've been trying to convince my fellow creators at our Creative Gunning that floral sheets from the 70's are really in and we should drape the reclining chair that must stay in the room with a lovely orange/yellow sheet I bought this year, but they will hear none of it. Sigh ....
oh i just love your new finds. i too would have snatched them up if i had come across them!
crisp and florally? perfect words to describe your finds. i too use old sheets to tuck into my daybed, and love to use them as tablecloths too :)
have a lovely week. Kate x

So very pretty.
You always have the most wonderful finds...those patterns bring back some memories. X
Hi Pam, such pretty fabrics and the linen tablecloth is gorgeous!
Thanks for leaving a comment about Mrs Tiggywinkle, to answer your question is a resounding NO! They're more of a friend. They forage in the soil and eat worms, beetles, catapillars and other invertabrates - though should they find a birds egg they certainly wouldn't ignore it. They do eat slugs too, but I've discovered that they would only be a small percentage of it's diet - which is be a good job as slugs carry a type of lung worm that can kill hedgehogs.
Have a great week!
