Daffs.

It was daffodil day here yesterday. I bought these gorgeous daffodils to support the Cancer Council Queensland in their fundraising efforts to continue vital research, and to increase their prevention programs and their amazing support services for patients and their families.

Cancer has touched a really good friend of mine and I feel passionate about making some sort of difference in any way that I can. Aren't those daffs just divine?

Have a fabulous weekend.

Beautiful... hey I was just thinking... huh, daffodils this time of year? But of course, we're here and you're there.

Thanks for the glimpse of what we won't see for about another 6 months!

A great cause close to my own heart. Your daffodils are so pretty. My partner gave me a daffodil brooch yesterday. Enjoy the weekend :)

Those daffs are totally gorgeous! I haven't been shopping so don't have any, I'll get some if there is any left tomorrow! You are so right about the cause being so so important, I also have a dear friend effected and it is heartbreaking. More charities should do the flowers thing because it is certainly an easy purchase to make when you know some money is going to a good cause.
Hope your weekend is restful... I am sewing, with all that rain outside, while watching some Downton Abby! X

I certainly did! And I actually felt great in bright yellow all day at work. I did a deal with my boys if they wore yellow (well blue with a few yellow bits) t-shirts to school for Daffodil day I'd do the same... Such a great day and cause. Pruxxx P.S. I'm too loving your new header. Pruxxx
