Cozy

Cold and raining in Brisbane today, so I thought I would find a spot in the lounge surrounded by colour and yarn and crochet away like an old granny!

Twirly bits ready to turn into flowers.

The beginning of my floralness and colourful creations.

Off for another cup of tea and smelling the roses on the way!

Have a lovely weekend.

Speaking of perfection, Pam can you please plase plase find out the name of the amzing rose for me? I have an inkling it could be a Delbard variety but am not sure. I'd love to plant it :)

God I wish I could crochet.

Pam, you're so clever and colourful.

What an absolute riot of gorgeousness that looks Pam, just beautiful! Love those roses too, I have never seen any two toned like that before.

The weather is very wet here too, which I am not thrilled about as I have a market on Sunday and I have been working hard to get things ready for it. On the plus side, I suppose I will have plenty of stock all ready to go for the next one if this one is rained out!

Hi Pam! I just loved your post today. I love to crochet and knit and I must say you are doing a wonderful job on your flowers! I love the colors you chose and all the different shapes and sizes. Your pictures are as always so refreshing, bright and inspiring. We have just started our summer here in Georgia. We had a huge tropical rain storm last week, that blew up from Florida with great gusts of wind. Then yesterday there was a tornado warning just 5 miles down the road. June is the start of our rainy season. But it is also quite nice too. The rain usually rolls in during the afternoon and cools everything down for the evening. All the humidity also gives the air a special softness. I have had a busy spring, I am still working away on some of my knitting projects and also have been planning some new flower beds and gardens. I hope to be finished with the planting soon, I'm getting a little bit of a late start. I still write on the "Dances With Yarn" blog and last month I began a second blog called "Chronically Living" sharing some of my experiences in living with chronic pain. So it has been a busy writing time. Have a beautiful afternoon ahead Pam! Delisa :)
