My teenage daughter wanted a small bin she could tuck away in her shelving and of course it had to be colour co-ordinated with her room. We could not find anything suitable so this is what we did instead. If you link back to this post you will find the instructions.
It is cheap and really easy and best of all she is happy with it!

No, haven't done anything much arty, but I DID dig through my paints and found I have a lack of paintbrushes... possibly buying a few new brushes will spur me into action. :D
WOW I can hardly believe that is the same basket, well done! I have yet to try decoupage but did recently introduce myself to Mod Podge and love it! Thanks for commenting on my blog post about making a button...this blog land is a big but satisfying learning curve :)
