The QLD Mango at our place

'Tis the season for the gorgeous Queensland Mango! The official season runs from November to March...it is never long enough for us!

We can never have enough mangoes in our house - as it is inhabited by the  triffid-like, but human fruit bats.

Our favourite is the Bowen Mango and it has to be the sweetest, the juciest, quite simply the BEST in the world! Go Queensland!!

I hear you! I made mango and lime ice cream this morning with some of them. Not fresh like your ones, but have been able to get them this week at not to bad a price for us Sydneysiders.
Have a lovely Sunday.

Love Bowen mangos. That's where my Mum and Grandparents hail from, and they had a tomato and mango farm. Mum hates both. I ADORE them!! I think they make the best companion with icecream for dessert, and in smoothies. Love Weis bars too! :)

I adore mangoes but Mr C doesn't - how can that be?

You've just reminded me I have some in our fridge that need eating, yum, yum.

I love your professional photos - such a good advertisement I think everyone is hungry for mangoes now!
Hope you're having a great week. xx
