WANTED: Colour in the garden.

I planted these stunning pink daisies in the garden this week to add some much needed colour, particularly for this time of year.
After all, it is winter here you know.

Waiting for the seedlings and scattered seeds to grow.
Poppies, Delphiniums, Larkspur, and Stock.
I cannot believe a gorgeous and highly scented and beautiful flower could be named stock. Can you?
Oh and there are Snapdragons as well.
Waiting for the bulbs to flower.
 Freeshias and Jonquils.

Ferociously pruned back the climbing roses on the gazebo and they seem to be coming back to life.
I have decided to plant Wisteria this year so it can wind it's way up the scrolly metal, but not for about another month though.

Otherwise, the front garden is looking like this...

Thank goodness for the pink daisies now.

Linking with Tracie at Fishtail Cottage here today.

Oh, Pam... your garden is going to explode with colour very soon! It will be gorgeous! I also have buds forming and little seedlings planted... it is something to look forward to! I love the look of your chandelier in the garden, it's just beautiful! x

I have a similar one and it never stops flowering. I love the idea of wisteria creeping over a structure. I'd love one but have nowhere for it to climb over.
Have a lovely weekend! X

Hi Pam, love the pop of pink daisy colour. Your garden looks lovely and wait until those flower bloom! I have just planted up some pots around the back to liven it up a bit. Nothing like a splash of colour to make you smile. Enjoy your weekend. ;-)

At least your garden looks interesting!
The daisy is super - just what my garden needs too!

I gaze out at my courtyard - and it's so drab, drab, drab without the usual pockets of colour.
I've planted two tubs of pansies - the antique ones in beautiful soft pinks - I think they're also called Monet pansies.
But they've only got one or two flowers so far....
I NEED your daisy - would you please email me with the name Pam????
much love
Shane
